Welcome to the Walleye Alliance. By using this website, registering for an event, making a donation, or participating in any Walleye Alliance activity, you agree to the following policies and terms.
Event Registration & Payment
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully received.
Event space may be limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Registrations may be transferred to another participant with approval from the Walleye Alliance before the event.
- If an event is canceled by the Walleye Alliance, participants may receive a refund or have the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- If an event is postponed due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date whenever possible.
Tournament Rules
Participants agree to follow:
- Official tournament rules
- Minnesota Department of Natural Resources regulations
- All applicable state and federal boating laws
- Instructions provided by tournament officials and event staff
Failure to follow tournament rules may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the event.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
- Possessing all required fishing licenses
- Operating boats safely and legally
- Maintaining required safety equipment
- Exercising good judgment while participating
Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Each participant voluntarily assumes those risks.
Photography & Media Release
The Walleye Alliance may photograph or record events for educational, promotional, fundraising, historical, and marketing purposes.
By participating in our events, you grant the Walleye Alliance permission to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and your likeness without additional notice or compensation.
Donations
Unless otherwise required by law, donations made to the Walleye Alliance are non-refundable.
The Walleye Alliance is a nonprofit organization, and donations are used to further our mission of protecting and promoting healthy Minnesota walleye fisheries.
Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.
